What to Send for an Accurate Quote

The single most useful document is a tech pack: flat sketches, measurement spec, fabric and trim details, construction notes and decoration artwork. With a complete tech pack we can price precisely, because nothing important is left to assumption.

No tech pack? Not a dealbreaker. Reference garments, detailed photos of an existing product, or links to comparable items give us enough to produce a reliable preliminary quote, which we firm up during development. What we cannot quote accurately from is a one-line description, so give us as much product detail as you have.

Why Target Prices Help You, Not Just Us

Some buyers hesitate to share target prices, fearing the quote will magically land exactly on the target. Our experience is the opposite: a target price lets us engineer the product toward your number, choosing the fabric weight, construction and decoration methods that hit your margin instead of quoting a spec you cannot afford.

If your target is unrealistic for the quality you want, we say so directly and show you what the target does buy. That conversation, held early, saves weeks compared with discovering the mismatch after sampling.

What Happens After You Send It

Your enquiry lands with our production team in Istanbul, not a sales inbox. We review it technically, identify the right specialist partners in our network, check fabric availability and current capacity, and build the quotation. If anything essential is missing, we come back with specific questions rather than guessing.

Complete enquiries receive their quotation within one business day. Enquiries that need clarification take as long as the clarification does, which is one more reason a thorough first message pays off.

What Your Quotation Contains

You receive an itemised offer, not a single mysterious number. Unit prices are broken out by quantity tier so you can see how volume affects cost, sampling charges are stated separately, and the MOQ, production timeline and payment structure are all in writing.

Where a variable genuinely cannot be fixed yet, such as final print cost before artwork is confirmed, we quote a stated range and lock it during sampling. Nothing in our quotations is designed to grow quietly after you commit.

From Quote to First Sample

A quotation is information; a sample is evidence. Once the quote works for you, the usual next step is a paid sample, ready in one to two weeks, so you can judge our fabric sourcing, workmanship and communication on your own product before committing to bulk.

There is no obligation attached to a quotation, and no pressure sequence after it. Take the numbers, compare them, and come back when you are ready; the quote states its own validity period.
