Clothing Manufacturer for Importers and Wholesalers
Landed cost, clean paperwork and delivery dates that hold. If you are reselling rather than retailing, those three things are the entire relationship.
- EU entry
- Duty free with ATR certificate
- UK entry
- Preferential with EUR.1
- Freight
- Road 3-7 days, sea and air available
- Volume
- 100 to 100,000+ pcs

Quick answer
Importers and wholesalers buying from Turkey get duty free entry into the EU with an ATR movement certificate and into the UK with an EUR.1, road freight in 3 to 7 days, and the ability to reorder inside a season instead of committing a container six months ahead. We produce from 100 pieces per style for a test up to allocated line volumes, with AQL inspection and consolidated shipping from Istanbul.
How big we are, in numbers you can hold us to
Capacity headlines are easy to publish and impossible to check. What decides whether your order lands on time is narrower: whether the capacity was reserved in writing against your dates before fabric was bought, whether the plant was built for your product, and what the goods are inspected to before they leave Turkiye. Those are the numbers we commit to on every order.
- In Turkish apparel production
- 31 years
- Minimum order
- 100 pcs per style
- Sampling
- 1-2 weeks
- Bulk production
- 4-6 weeks
- Road freight to the EU
- 3-7 days
- Final inspection
- AQL 2.5 (1.5 on request)
Above 10,000 pieces we allocate lines and reserve them against your delivery dates before materials are ordered, then report output weekly. That is what stops a larger customer pushing your programme down the queue in week three.
Landed cost, not unit price
A unit price from Asia that looks lower often is not once you add sea freight, duty, demurrage, the working capital tied up for five weeks in transit and the markdown on what did not sell. Turkish goods of Turkish origin enter the EU duty free under the Customs Union, which removes the tariff line entirely on most apparel.
We quote so you can see the components: goods, freight, and the documents. That is the only way to compare a Turkish quote with an Asian one honestly.
- EU: duty free with a valid ATR certificate on Turkish origin goods
- UK: preferential rates under the UK-Turkey agreement with EUR.1
- No demurrage risk on road freight, no 30 day sea transit
- Reorder in 3-4 weeks instead of committing a container a season ahead
Paperwork that clears without a phone call
Customs problems are almost always document problems. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, ATR or EUR.1 and, where relevant, the material and test certificates, in the format your broker expects.
Fibre composition and care labelling is produced to the destination market's rules, in the languages required, so goods are not stopped for a labelling non-conformity after they have already landed.
Volume pricing without a warehouse full of risk
Wholesalers get squeezed between minimums that force overbuying and customers who reorder in small quantities. Our answer is a 100 piece per style entry point with the same factories and the same quality standard used at 20,000, so you can carry a wide range shallow and go deep only on proven lines.
- 100 to 499 pieces: range testing across many styles
- 500 to 1,999 pieces: proven lines, multiple colourways
- 2,000 to 9,999 pieces: dedicated fabric, better unit price
- 10,000 pieces and above: allocated lines and staged monthly deliveries
Turkey against long haul sourcing for importers
| Transit | 3-7 days road versus 30-45 days sea |
|---|---|
| EU duty | Zero with ATR versus standard tariff |
| Reorder cycle | 3-4 weeks versus 3-5 months |
| Minimum | 100 pcs per style versus container thinking |
| Inspection | AQL report before goods leave Turkey |
