Streetwear customers judge weight and structure first. Thin, drapey blanks kill a brand's credibility no matter how good the graphic is. Working close to Turkish knit mills, we source dense, heavyweight jerseys and brushed fleece in the weights the culture expects, and we send swatches so you approve the handfeel before anything is cut.

Finishing options matter just as much: enzyme and silicone washes for softness, garment dye for that lived-in tone, pre-shrinking so an oversized fit stays oversized after the first wash. These are specified in development, not discovered by your customers.

Cuts built for the silhouette, not adapted to it

Oversized is a pattern decision, not a size decision. Sizing up a regular block gives you long sleeves and a narrow body, the opposite of the drop-shoulder, boxy silhouette streetwear runs on. We develop dedicated patterns for oversized and relaxed fits, with the shoulder drop, body width and length ratios cut in from the start.

You approve the fit on a physical sample, on a body if you can, and that sample is sealed as the production standard. Every piece in the run is cut and sewn to it, so the fit that built your brand does not drift between drops.

Prints and embellishment that survive the hype

A drop lives on its graphics, and graphics live on execution. Through the specialist print and embroidery units in our network we run screen printing including high-density and puff, DTG for complex artwork, embroidery, appliqué and all-over prints, plus the details that finish a piece: printed neck labels, woven flags, custom hang tags.

Before bulk, you approve strike-offs of your actual artwork on your actual fabric, colour, placement, hand and stretch. What ships is what you approved, checked again at final inspection.

Production that keeps pace with a drop calendar

The drop model is a scheduling problem: announce, sell, deliver, repeat, and every delay is public. Sampling runs 1-2 weeks, bulk 4-6 weeks after approval, and road freight lands across most of Europe in 3-7 days. That is a cadence you can build a release calendar on.

MOQs from 300 pieces per style, with colourways from 100 on knit programs, fit the scarcity logic of drops: enough to sell through, not enough to discount. When a piece deserves a re-run, your patterns and sealed samples are on file and production restarts without redevelopment.
