Quick answer
Full package production, also called FPP or FOB, means the manufacturer buys the fabric and trims, makes the sample, produces the bulk, inspects it and hands over export ready goods for one agreed price per piece. We run full package from Istanbul with a 100 piece minimum per style, and the same programme scales to 100,000 pieces with staged deliveries.
What is inside a full package price
A full package quote is a single unit price against an agreed quantity, quality standard and delivery date. Everything needed to reach that date sits inside it.
- Fabric development, mill sourcing, lab dips and shrinkage testing
- Trims: labels, tapes, zips, buttons, hangtags, polybags and cartons
- Pattern making, grading, fit sample and pre-production sample
- Bulk cutting, sewing, washing or printing, finishing and packing
- In-line checks and AQL final inspection with a photo report
- Export documentation, ATR or EUR.1 certificate and freight booking
Full package versus CMT
CMT means cut, make and trim: you supply the fabric and the factory charges only for making. It is cheaper on paper and it works when you already control a mill and can carry the fabric risk.
Full package moves fabric sourcing, minimums, dyeing risk and working capital onto us. For most European brands under 10,000 pieces per style, full package lands cheaper in reality once wastage, dead stock and rework are counted.
How full package scales
The model does not change with quantity, the buying power does. Above 2,000 pieces we can run dedicated fabric instead of stock service, which usually pays for itself in the yarn price. Above 10,000 the fabric is bought as a single lot, which also removes shade variation between deliveries.
- 100 to 499 pieces: stock service fabric, fastest route to market
- 500 to 1,999 pieces: mill stock plus custom dyeing to your colour
- 2,000 to 9,999 pieces: dedicated fabric run, better yarn pricing
- 10,000 pieces and above: single fabric lot, allocated lines, staged shipments
