What private label means in practice

Private label production means the garment carries your brand, not the factory's. You choose a style, either from developed blocks we have proven in production or from your own specifications, select fabric, colours and fit adjustments, and the finished goods leave Turkey with your neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging.

It sits between buying wholesale stock and fully custom development. You are not limited to whatever a stockholder has on the shelf, but you also do not need to engineer every seam from scratch. For most emerging brands this is the fastest route to a professional own-label product.

Because we manage production across a vetted network rather than one factory, your private label range is not constrained by a single facility's machine park. Tees, hoodies, sweatpants and outerwear can all carry the same label, produced in the facilities that specialise in each.

Branding options: labels, tags and packaging

The branding package is where private label becomes your product. We source and apply woven or printed neck labels, side seam labels, care and composition labels compliant with your destination market, hang tags with your artwork, and branded polybags or boxes where wanted.

Labels and tags are produced by Istanbul trim specialists, which keeps minimums workable at the 300-piece level and turnaround short. Artwork requirements are simple: vector files of your logo and any tag design; our team prepares the technical layouts and sends label proofs for approval before production.

Product range for private label programs

The strongest private label categories in our network are knits: t-shirts in 160-240 GSM combed or organic cotton jersey, oversized heavyweight tees, polos in pique, hoodies and crewnecks in 300-450 GSM french terry or brushed fleece, and matching sweatpants. These run efficiently at 300 pieces per style with colourways from 100 pieces on knit programs.

Beyond basics, private label extends to denim with your fit and wash, loungewear sets, activewear in performance fabrics, and woven shirting. Decoration such as embroidered logos, chest prints or all-over prints is applied in-line during production, so branded and decorated goods arrive finished and retail-ready.

Fabric standards and compliance for your label

When the label says your brand, fabric claims become your legal responsibility, so we keep the paper trail clean. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available across the core range, and GOTS organic cotton programs can be produced through certified partner facilities when your label needs an organic claim.

Partner factories are audited to BSCI or Sedex standards, which matters if you plan to sell through retailers or marketplaces that require supply chain documentation. We provide the fabric certificates and audit documentation relevant to your order rather than making blanket claims.

From label design to retail-ready cartons

A typical private label project starts with product selection and fabric confirmation, followed by label and tag artwork. Sampling takes one to two weeks and includes your branding wherever trims are ready, so you approve the garment as the customer will see it.

Bulk production runs four to six weeks after approval, with labels, tags and packaging applied on the line. Final AQL inspection covers branding accuracy alongside measurements and workmanship, because a perfect garment with a crooked label is still a reject. Cartons are packed to your ratio requirements and shipped by road to the EU in three to seven days, or by air and sea worldwide.
