The heavyweight standard

Streetwear buyers judge weight before they judge graphics. Our hoodie and crewneck programs run on 350-450 GSM brushed or loopback fleece, mostly 80/20 or 100 percent cotton, with 240-280 GSM heavy jersey for boxy tees. Turkish knitting mills produce these qualities domestically, so heavy blanks do not require the import lead times they would elsewhere.

Blocks are drafted for the silhouettes the category expects: dropped shoulders, cropped and boxy bodies, wide ribs at cuff and hem, and double-layer hoods with or without drawcords. We keep proven oversized blocks on file or grade from your reference garment.

Washes, dyes and surface treatments

Garment dyeing and washing give streetwear its identity: enzyme and silicone washes for softness, acid and snow washes for mottled vintage surfaces, sun-faded and overdyed effects, and heavy pigment dyes that crease and fade with wear. Wash recipes are developed on your actual fabric and locked as a standard before bulk, because the same recipe reads differently on different knits.

Shrinkage from garment dyeing is engineered into the pattern using pre-bulk wash tests, so a 460 GSM acid-washed hoodie still lands on spec. Shade variation across a dyed run is inherent to the technique; we agree tolerance photography upfront so expectations are shared.

Print and embellishment execution

Graphics make or break the drop, and we run the full toolkit: high-density and puff screen printing, oversized back prints up to the physical platen limits, DTG for photographic art on small runs, chenille and 3D embroidery, appliques and woven patches, and screen-printed or heat-pressed inner neck labels for a retail-clean finish.

Print placement, colours and hand-feel are approved on strike-offs at sample stage. For multi-style drops we coordinate graphics across garments so the collection reads as one release, not assorted blanks.

Drop logistics for independent labels

The category runs on drops, not seasons, and the supply chain has to match. MOQ of 300 pieces per style with 100 per colourway keeps first drops financeable; sampling in 1-2 weeks and bulk in 4-6 weeks lets you run multiple releases per year; and 3-7 day road freight to the EU means restocks can respond to a sellout while demand is still hot.

We support label-ready delivery: your care labels, hangtags, polybags and even individual e-commerce-ready packing can be executed in the factory, so cartons can cross-dock straight to your 3PL.

Working with first-time founders

Many streetwear labels come to us with strong graphics and no production experience. We translate reference garments into tech packs, explain where money is well spent (fabric weight, wash quality) versus wasted, and flag risks before they cost you. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available and partner factories are BSCI or Sedex audited, which matters when your customers start asking how the hoodie was made.
