ApparelManufacturerTurkey.com is a production management company based in Istanbul, not one factory with one machine park. We place each order inside a vetted network of Turkish manufacturers, matching your product to the facility that actually specialises in it: a circular-knit plant in Gungoren for t-shirts and fleece, a denim laundry for jeans, a woven unit for shirting and outerwear.

That structure matters because no single factory is good at everything. A workshop tuned for 200 GSM combed cotton jersey will struggle with bonded softshell, and vice versa. By managing production across specialised partners, we keep quality consistent across a whole collection instead of forcing every style through the same sewing lines.

Throughout the order you deal with one English-speaking team. We handle the technical files, the factory follow-up, the inspections and the export paperwork, and we remain accountable for the result.

What full-package (FPP) production includes

Full-package production means you bring the design and we take responsibility for everything needed to turn it into finished, packed garments. You do not need to source fabric, book a print house or arrange a freight forwarder separately.

For most orders the scope covers fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making and grading, sampling, cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery, washing where relevant, labelling, packing and export shipping. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available across the core cotton and cotton-blend range, and GOTS organic options can be produced via certified partner facilities.

Product categories we produce

The network covers the main apparel categories that Turkish manufacturing is known for. Knitwear is the deepest capability: t-shirts, polos, hoodies and sweatpants in jersey, pique, french terry and three-thread fleece from roughly 160 to 450 GSM. Denim follows, with stretch and rigid constructions plus enzyme, stone and laser wash finishes.

Beyond these we run wovens such as shirts, dresses and chino trousers, sportswear in polyamide and recycled polyester blends, and outerwear including padded jackets and softshells. If a category needs a capability the network does not hold, we say so rather than experiment on your order.

How an order runs from enquiry to delivery

Every project starts with a technical review. Send tech packs, sketches or reference garments with target quantities, and we come back with a realistic assessment of fabric options, construction and price before anything is committed.

Once you approve the quotation, sampling takes one to two weeks. After the pre-production sample is signed off, bulk production runs four to six weeks depending on quantity, decoration and washing. Finished goods reach most EU destinations in three to seven days by road; air and sea freight cover the UK, US, Middle East and beyond.

You receive photo updates at cutting, sewing and finishing stages, and a final inspection report before cartons are sealed. Nothing ships without your approval of the inspection outcome.

Why brands manufacture in Turkey

Turkey combines a vertically integrated textile industry with proximity to Europe. Yarn spinning, knitting, dyeing and garment assembly all happen within the country, which shortens lead times and keeps fabric minimums workable for mid-size orders.

Compared with Far East sourcing, the practical differences are speed and control: a sample round takes days rather than weeks of transit, road freight replaces a month at sea, and visiting your production is a short flight to Istanbul. Compared with EU production, unit costs are meaningfully lower at equivalent make quality.

Compliance expectations are also well established. Our partner factories are audited to BSCI or Sedex standards, and social compliance documentation can be provided for retail and marketplace onboarding.
