Quick answer
The process runs in five managed stages: technical review of your enquiry, an itemised quotation within one business day, samples in 1-2 weeks per round, bulk production in 4-6 weeks after written approval, and AQL 2.5 based final inspection before shipping, with road freight reaching most of the EU in 3-7 days.
Stage 1: Enquiry and Technical Review
Everything starts with your enquiry. Send us a tech pack if you have one, or reference garments, sketches and photos if you do not, together with target quantities, target prices if you have them, and your delivery timeline. The more complete the enquiry, the more accurate the first quotation.
Our production team reviews the project for manufacturability before anything is priced. We check fabric availability, construction details, print and embroidery requirements, and which manufacturers in our network are the right technical fit. If something in the design will cause cost or quality problems, we tell you now, not after sampling.
Stage 2: Quotation
Complete enquiries receive a quotation within one business day. The quote covers unit price by quantity, sampling cost, MOQ per style and colourway, the production timeline and payment structure, so you can compare us properly against other options.
Quotations are itemised rather than vague. If a price depends on final fabric selection or print complexity, we say so explicitly and give you the range, then firm it up during sampling.
Stage 3: Sampling and Approval
Once you confirm the quote, we move into sampling. Depending on the project this means a proto sample to prove the design, a fit sample to lock the pattern, and a pre-production sample in final fabric and trims. Samples are typically ready in one to two weeks per round.
You review each sample against the tech pack and send comments; we translate those comments into pattern and construction changes with the factory. Nothing goes into bulk until you have approved a sample in writing. That approved sample becomes the quality reference for the entire order.
Stage 4: Bulk Production
With the sample approved and the deposit received, bulk fabric is ordered and production is scheduled. Standard bulk production runs four to six weeks depending on quantities, fabric lead times and decoration complexity.
You do not go quiet during production. We follow the factory against an agreed production plan, run inline quality checks at cutting, sewing and finishing, and send you progress updates with photos at the milestones that matter. If anything threatens the timeline, you hear it from us early, with a plan.
Stage 5: Final Inspection and Shipping
Before cartons are sealed, finished goods pass a final inspection based on AQL 2.5, covering workmanship, measurements, labelling and packing. You receive the inspection outcome before the goods leave Turkey.
Then we ship. Road freight reaches most of the EU in three to seven days, and we arrange air or sea freight worldwide, along with export documentation. Your goods arrive inspected, documented and ready for your warehouse.
What We Need From You
The process works best when responsibilities are clear on both sides. From you, we need a clear definition of the product, timely feedback on samples, and decisions at the approval gates. From us, you get everything else: factory selection, technical management, quality control and logistics.
If you are missing pieces, such as a proper tech pack or graded measurement specs, tell us. We can work from reference garments and help develop the technical documentation as part of the project.
