Quick answer
A garment supplier in Turkey sources fabric, books factory capacity, controls quality and ships finished garments under one contract. We supply wovens, jersey, knitwear and outerwear from Istanbul with a 100 piece minimum per style, volume programmes to 100,000 pieces and duty free EU delivery under the Customs Union.
How big we are, in numbers you can hold us to
Capacity headlines are easy to publish and impossible to check. What decides whether your order lands on time is narrower: whether the capacity was reserved in writing against your dates before fabric was bought, whether the plant was built for your product, and what the goods are inspected to before they leave Turkiye. Those are the numbers we commit to on every order.
- In Turkish apparel production
- 31 years
- Minimum order
- 100 pcs per style
- Sampling
- 1-2 weeks
- Bulk production
- 4-6 weeks
- Road freight to the EU
- 3-7 days
- Final inspection
- AQL 2.5 (1.5 on request)
Above 10,000 pieces we allocate lines and reserve them against your delivery dates before materials are ordered, then report output weekly. That is what stops a larger customer pushing your programme down the queue in week three.
Product groups we supply
Garment is a broad word and the machinery behind it is not interchangeable. A shirt line and a hoodie line share almost nothing. We keep separate partner factories for each group so an order is never squeezed into the wrong plant to fill a gap in someone's schedule.
- Woven: shirts, blouses, trousers, chinos, dresses, workwear
- Jersey: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, loungewear
- Knitwear: fine gauge and chunky, 3GG to 16GG, wool, cotton and blends
- Outerwear: padded jackets, coats, technical shells, quilted layers
How the supply programme runs
Every order runs the same seven steps, whether it is 100 pieces or 30,000. Tech pack review and costing, fabric and trim sourcing with lab dips, fit sample, pre-production sample, bulk fabric approval, production with in-line checks, then AQL final inspection and shipping.
The difference at volume is not the steps, it is how many gates sit between them. Above 2,000 pieces we add a mid-production report; above 10,000 we add weekly output reporting and staged deliveries so your warehouse is not hit with everything at once.
Quality control you can audit
Final inspection is AQL 2.5 for major defects as standard, tightened to 1.5 on request or when a buyer's own manual requires it. Measurement checks are taken against your approved size set, not the factory's house block.
You get the inspection report with photos before goods ship. If a lot fails, it is reworked or replaced before it leaves Turkey, which is the entire reason to buy through a supplier instead of direct.
