Apparel Manufacturer in Turkey for Growing Brands
We run apparel production for clothing brands through a vetted network of Turkish manufacturers, managed from Istanbul. Our workflow is built around your tech pack: precise specifications in, consistent garments out, order after order. From first sample to repeat production, one team owns the process.

Quick answer
For brands working from tech packs, Apparel Manufacturer Turkey manages apparel production across specialised Turkish factories from Istanbul: specifications are reviewed, samples delivered in 1-2 weeks, and bulk runs 4-6 weeks against a sealed sample with AQL inspection. MOQ is 300 pieces per style, and repeat orders reproduce the same approved patterns and fit.
Built for brands that work from specifications
Brands that survive past their first collection stop ordering garments and start ordering specifications. Our whole workflow is designed around that shift. Every order is anchored to a tech pack: measurement charts with tolerances, fabric composition and GSM, stitch types, trim references, print placements and packing instructions.
If you already have tech packs, we run a technical review before quoting and flag anything that will cause problems in production, such as tolerance stacks that fight the fabric or seam types that do not suit the GSM. If you do not have tech packs yet, our team builds them with you from sketches or reference garments, so your brand owns proper documentation from the first order.
The payoff is repeatability. When your second production run is cut a year later, it is cut against the same graded patterns and the same approved standards, not against someone's memory of the first one.
From tech pack to approved sample
Sampling is where a specification becomes a physical standard. Within one to two weeks of a confirmed tech pack we deliver a pre-production sample in the actual fabric quality wherever possible, or the closest available substitute clearly identified as such.
You review fit, fabric hand, colour and construction, and send corrections. We translate your comments into revised patterns and process notes for the factory, then re-sample if the changes are significant. Only the garment you finally sign becomes the sealed standard that bulk production is measured against.
For collections, we can run size sets and fit rounds on your core blocks first, so that a fit decision made on one hoodie carries over to every hoodie style built on the same block.
Managing bulk production against the standard
Once the sample is approved, we book capacity with the matched partner factory and issue the full production file: patterns, markers, approved trims, sealed sample references and the inspection plan. Bulk runs four to six weeks after approval for most categories.
During production we check at the points where errors are cheapest to fix: fabric inspection before cutting, first-off-line garments when sewing starts, and inline checks during the run. Final inspection follows an AQL sampling plan against the sealed sample, and you receive the report with photos before shipment is released.
- Fabric inspection and shade-band approval before cutting
- First-output check when each style goes on line
- Inline audits of measurements and workmanship
- AQL final inspection with photographic report
- Sealed samples retained for repeat-order reference
Categories and construction capabilities
Through the network we cover knits, wovens, denim, sportswear and outerwear. On the knit side that means everything from 160 GSM single jersey tees to 450 GSM brushed fleece hoodies, with flatlock, coverstitch and bar-tack detailing as specified.
Wovens include shirts, dresses, chinos and light jackets; denim includes stretch and rigid fits with laundry finishes; sportswear covers leggings, shorts and technical tops in performance knits. Decoration options span screen print, DTF, digital print, embroidery and heat-applied badges, sourced through Istanbul print and embroidery specialists in districts such as Merter.
A partner that scales with your order book
Because we manage a network rather than one facility, growth does not force a re-sourcing project. A brand that starts at 300 pieces per style can scale to several thousand within the same relationship; we shift production to higher-capacity partners while your patterns, standards and approved trims travel with the order.
The same structure protects you on the downside. If a partner factory underperforms, we move the work rather than asking you to accept the problem, because our vetting and allocation is the service you are paying for.
