Uniform categories we produce

Hospitality: chef jackets and aprons in stain-resistant twills, front-of-house shirting, waistcoats and service dresses. Healthcare: scrub sets and lab coats in industrially washable poly-cotton around 160-200 GSM. Corporate: shirts, polos, knitwear, tailored trousers and blazers. Facilities and retail: polos, softshells and durable trousers built on our workwear standard.

Each category routes to a partner factory that runs it daily: shirting plants for shirts, tailored-garment factories for blazers, knit specialists for polos. You still deal with one team, one contract and one quality standard across the whole wardrobe.

Fabrics engineered for daily wear and washing

Uniforms are washed more in a year than fashion garments in a lifetime, so fabric selection starts from laundering reality: poly-cotton twills at 195-245 GSM that hold colour through industrial cycles, stretch-blend shirting that survives daily ironing, pique and jersey polos in 180-220 GSM with stay-flat collars, and soil-release and easy-care finishes where roles demand them.

Colour continuity is a program-level commitment: we agree shade standards with the mill at the outset and manage dye-lot tolerance across reorders, so staff hired in year three match the launch team. OEKO-TEX certified fabric options are available, and partner factories are audited to BSCI or Sedex.

Branding and personalisation

Logo work is applied in production: chest and sleeve embroidery from digitised artwork, woven name tabs, heat transfers for performance fabrics, and contrast piping or trims in corporate colours. Name personalisation per employee is possible on structured programs, managed via your staff list.

Artwork is digitised once at sampling; the same files drive every reorder, keeping logo size, density and placement identical across years and garment types.

Size curves, rollouts and replenishment

Uniform logistics is mostly size mathematics. We collect size data or provide fit sets for staff try-on, produce against the resulting curve, and pack per site or per employee so distribution is a handover, not a sorting exercise. MOQ of 300 pieces per style typically covers a full size range in one or two colours.

First production runs 4-6 weeks after sample approval with 1-2 week sampling before it; road freight reaches EU sites in 3-7 days. For ongoing programs we hold patterns, embroidery files and shade standards, and can schedule standing replenishment for new joiners.

What we are honest about

Where a role requires certified PPE, such as EN-certified hi-vis or flame-retardant garments, certification belongs to specifically tested products and fabrics. We state clearly what a given garment is certified for, and where certification is required we develop with accredited testing rather than implying compliance that does not exist on paper.
