The workwear range

The producible range covers multi-pocket cargo and holster-pocket trousers, coveralls and bib overalls, work shirts and polos, fleece and softshell mid-layers, bodywarmers, and the padded jackets detailed on our workwear jacket page. Programs are typically wardrobes rather than single styles, and we coordinate fabrics and shades across every garment so the kit looks like one brand on site.

The same construction standard serves workwear-inspired fashion brands: carpenter pants, double-knee builds and canvas overshirts run through the same factories, with garment washes and retail finishing added on top.

Fabrics and hardware built for the job

Trousers and coveralls run on 245-320 GSM poly-cotton twills and canvas; 300-400 GSM cotton duck serves double-knee and carpenter styles; ripstop weaves go where tear resistance beats abrasion resistance; and 4-way stretch panels at knees, gussets and yokes add mobility to modern service-industry fits. Colour palettes are held to industrial standards so replacement garments match existing kit.

Hardware and reinforcement follow the category's rules: triple-needle main seams, bartacks at every stress point, rivets on load-bearing pockets, YKK-grade zips, heavy-duty snaps, and Cordura-type reinforcement patches at knees and hems. Knee-pad pockets are cut to accept standard pad sizes where specified.

Durability verification before bulk

Workwear claims are testable, so we test: seam strength, abrasion behaviour, colourfastness to industrial washing and zip cycling can be verified on the approved sample through accredited labs where your program requires documented performance. For everyday programs, our standard inline and AQL protocol covers stitch density, bartack placement, hardware function and post-wash measurements.

Where garments are washed industrially by rental services, we specify threads, elastics and trims rated for those cycles and confirm the laundering spec with you before fabric commitment.

Program logistics and honest boundaries

MOQ is 300 pieces per style across a size curve; samples in 1-2 weeks; bulk in 4-6 weeks after approval; road freight to EU sites in 3-7 days, with standing replenishment schedules for ongoing supply contracts. Embroidered and heat-transfer branding runs from digitised files held for the life of the program.

On certification we keep the same discipline as across our uniform work: OEKO-TEX certified fabrics and BSCI/Sedex-audited factories are available and documented, while certified PPE categories (EN-rated hi-vis, flame-retardant) apply only to specifically tested products, and we develop toward those standards with accredited testing when a contract requires them.
