Quick answer

Retailers need something different from a manufacturer than brands do: fixed delivery windows tied to a trading calendar, correct size ratios per door, barcode and label compliance, and packing that goes straight to the shop floor. We produce own brand ranges in Turkey from 100 pieces per style for a test up to allocated line volumes for a national range, with duty free EU delivery in 3 to 7 days.

Five stage apparel production flow used in Turkey: tech pack and costing, sampling, fabric and trim sourcing, bulk production with in-line checks, then AQL final inspection and shipping
The same five stages run whether the order is 100 pieces or 100,000. Only the number of quality gates changes.

How big we are, in numbers you can hold us to

Capacity headlines are easy to publish and impossible to check. What decides whether your order lands on time is narrower: whether the capacity was reserved in writing against your dates before fabric was bought, whether the plant was built for your product, and what the goods are inspected to before they leave Turkiye. Those are the numbers we commit to on every order.

Above 10,000 pieces we allocate lines and reserve them against your delivery dates before materials are ordered, then report output weekly. That is what stops a larger customer pushing your programme down the queue in week three.

Built around your trading calendar

A retail range does not have one delivery date, it has a launch date, a phase two and a repeat window. We plan production backwards from those dates and book capacity against them, then report weekly against the plan so a slip is visible in week two rather than week eight.

For seasonal ranges we hold a repeat window open on the fabric so a style that sells can be reordered without waiting for a new dye lot.

Size ratios, packing and labelling

Getting the ratio wrong is more expensive than getting the price wrong. We produce to your agreed ratio per style and colour, pack to your specification and label to the market you are selling into.

  • Ratio packed or solid size cartons, to your DC requirement
  • EAN or GTIN barcodes applied and verified at the factory
  • EU and UK fibre composition and care labelling in the required languages
  • Retail ready polybags, hangers, security tags or folded packing as specified
  • Carton marking and packing lists in your warehouse format

Test small, then scale

The most useful thing a retailer can do with a 100 piece minimum is stop guessing. Run a real test at 100 to 300 pieces per style in two or three doors, read the sell-through, then commit volume only to what performed.

Because Turkey delivers in three to seven days by road, the repeat cycle is short enough for that to work inside a season rather than informing next year's range.

Compliance your buying team will ask for

Retail buying teams need the paperwork before the goods. We supply the factory social audit report naming the site, material certificates such as OEKO-TEX, the AQL inspection report with photos, and the ATR or EUR.1 certificate for duty free entry.
