Materials by category

Sweat shorts run on the hoodie fleece platform: brushed fleece and French terry at 300-450 GSM, including heavyweight 400+ GSM styles with a boxy cut. Sport shorts use polyester mesh, micro-mesh and lightweight woven polyester with wicking finishes; recycled polyester options are available.

Woven casual shorts use cotton twill at 220-280 GSM for chinos, heavier canvas and ripstop for cargo styles, and 10-14 oz denim, including washed and destroyed finishes through partner laundries. Nylon and cotton-nylon blends with water-repellent finishes serve utility and outdoor-inspired designs. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available throughout.

Construction details that define each style

Sweat and sport shorts use elasticated waistbands with drawcords, side-seam or zip pockets and inseams from a 13 cm sprint cut to a 23 cm relaxed length. Basketball styles add side splits and contrast binding; liner shorts can be built in for training programs.

Woven shorts carry YKK zip flies with button closures, belt loops, slant and welt pockets, and on cargo styles bellows pockets with flaps and snaps. Denim shorts run five-pocket construction with rivets and can be finished with clean hems, cuffed turn-ups or raw frayed edges from the laundry.

Prints, embroidery and finishing

Decoration follows the fabric: screen printing and DTF on fleece and jersey, sublimation and heat transfer on polyester mesh where screen inks struggle, and embroidery across nearly every base, from thigh hits on sweat shorts to back-pocket embroidery on denim.

All programs include private label finishing: woven or printed labels, compliant care labelling, hangtags, polybags and carton packing to your size ratios. Matching top-and-short sets are cut from shared fabric batches to hold shade consistency.

MOQ, development time and delivery

MOQ is 300 pieces per style, with knit styles eligible for colourways from 100 pieces within a program. Sampling takes 1-2 weeks; bulk production runs 4-6 weeks after approval, with washed denim styles at the upper end of the window.
