A technical partner, not just a production line

Designers are routinely failed in the same way: a factory that says yes to everything, then quietly simplifies the construction, substitutes the fabric and ships something adjacent to the design. Our job is the opposite, to protect the design intent through every technical decision between sketch and shipment.

That starts with honest technical dialogue. If a seam construction will not survive production, or a fabric will not behave the way the drawing assumes, we say so at development, propose alternatives, and let you make the call. You keep creative authority; we supply the manufacturing truth it needs.

Behind that dialogue sits a vetted network of Turkish manufacturers and their pattern rooms, so each project lands with a team that has genuinely made this kind of garment before.

Pattern making and tech pack collaboration

Bring a complete tech pack and we will work to it, flagging ambiguities and gaps before they become sampling errors rather than after. Bring sketches and a fabric direction and our pattern makers will develop first patterns from them, working drafts you refine through fittings, then digitised and graded to your size range.

Either way, the documentation matures alongside the garment: measurement charts, construction notes, bills of materials and grading rules are kept current, so what you own at the end is not just a product but a complete, production-proven technical file.

Sampling as iteration, not gatekeeping

Sampling is where a design becomes itself, and it should feel like collaboration rather than a toll booth. Each round takes 1-2 weeks: you receive the physical sample, fit it, mark it up, and send comments; we translate them into pattern and construction changes and cut the next round.

Fabric development runs in parallel, swatches, lab dips and strike-offs from Turkish mills, so the sample you approve is in the real fabric, not a stand-in. Some designs land in one round; complex pieces take two or three. We would rather add a round than let a compromise into bulk.

Production that respects the approved garment

The approved sample is sealed and becomes law for production. Bulk runs 4-6 weeks after approval, with inline checks against the sealed standard and AQL final inspection before packing, so the five hundredth piece carries the same intent as the first.

MOQs from 300 pieces per style, with knit colourways from 100, suit a designer's economics: enough to supply stockists or a direct launch, small enough that an independent label is not financing a warehouse. Your patterns and files remain yours and stay archived for repeats.

Where your designs are safe

Original work deserves protection. We sign NDAs on request, your patterns and tech packs are never shared or reused for other clients, and samples are not photographed for promotion without your written permission.
