Fleece qualities from 320 to 450 GSM

Standard programs run three-thread brushed fleece in 80/20 or 100% cotton at 320-360 GSM, a balanced weight for year-round retail. Heavyweight streetwear programs step up to 400-450 GSM brushed fleece with a dense, structured body that holds a boxy silhouette.

Unbrushed French terry in 300-400 GSM offers a cleaner loopback interior for premium and warm-climate lines. All qualities can be supplied OEKO-TEX certified, pre-shrunk and enzyme-softened, with organic cotton fleece available through GOTS-certified partner mills and garment dyeing available for pigment-washed colour stories.

Hood, pocket and seam construction

Quality hoodies are defined by construction: double-layer or lined hoods, metal or self-fabric eyelets, flat or round drawcords with metal tips, kangaroo pockets with bartack reinforcement, and 2x2 rib at cuffs and hem with elastane for recovery. Shoulder-to-shoulder taping and twin-needle coverstitching are standard on our programs.

Fit development covers regular, oversized drop-shoulder and boxy cropped blocks. We adjust hood volume, pocket position and rib depth against your reference garments during the 1-2 week sampling stage, and sealed approval samples become the quality standard for bulk.

Printing, embroidery and heavyweight decoration

Fleece takes decoration well. Partner print houses run screen printing with puff, high-density, cracked and water-based inks, plus DTF for short-run capsules and DTG where artwork demands it. Chest embroidery, oversized back embroidery, 3D puff embroidery and twill applique are produced against approved strike-offs.

Branding continues inside the garment: woven neck and hem labels, printed neck logos, care labels for your destination market, hangtags, and folded polybag packing with carton specifications to suit your warehouse or 3PL requirements.

MOQs, timelines and export logistics

MOQ is 300 pieces per style, with 100 pieces per colourway available inside knit programs, letting one hoodie design run in three colours. Sampling takes 1-2 weeks; bulk production takes 4-6 weeks after approval, with heavy decoration or garment dyeing at the upper end.

Road freight lands in most EU markets in 3-7 days; air and sea cover the UK, US and beyond. Our team prepares export documentation and coordinates pickups, and partner factories are audited to BSCI or Sedex so your compliance questions are answerable from day one.
