Sourcing is not a supplier list. It is the work of matching a specification to a factory that already produces that product type well, then holding that factory to the specification through sampling, bulk and inspection.
A sourcing brief that names the product, target quantity, target price, delivery window and required certifications can be matched to a factory in days. A brief that says only make me hoodies cannot, because hoodie factories differ enormously by fabric weight, finishing and print capability.

Why buyers source from Turkey
Turkey sits inside the EU Customs Union, so most garments move into the EU duty-free with an ATR certificate. Road freight reaches most of Europe in three to seven days, which is the difference between reacting to a sales curve within a season and reacting to it a season late.
The supply base is vertical. Knitting mills, dye houses, denim laundries, trim suppliers and printers sit in the same industrial regions as the sewing factories, so fabric development and bulk production do not depend on imports arriving first.
Compliance and factory vetting
Buyers selling into European retail are asked for social compliance evidence before the first purchase order, not after. Our partner factories work to BSCI and Sedex audits, and fabric certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS are held by the mills supplying them.
Vetting is practical as well as documentary: machinery suited to the product, in-house or partnered finishing, an order book that is realistic against your delivery date, and a track record on the specific product type rather than a general claim to make everything.
Sourcing at any order size
The same process runs at every scale. A 100 piece test order and a 30,000 piece programme go through the same steps; what changes is how much planning sits in front of the cut and how the deliveries are staged.
