Quick answer

European brands manufacture in Turkey because garments enter the EU duty-free with an ATR certificate, road freight reaches most of Europe in three to seven days, and the local mill base supports fabric development in the same region as the sewing factories. Orders start at 100 pieces per style.

Road freight transit times from Istanbul to European destinations, from three to five days to Poland up to five to eight days to the United Kingdom
Road freight transit from Istanbul. Turkish origin apparel enters the EU duty free with an ATR certificate.
Four order volume tiers: 100 to 499 pieces for launch runs, 500 to 1,999 for repeat orders, 2,000 to 9,999 for planned seasons, and 10,000 pieces and above on allocated lines
Minimum order is 100 pieces per style and colour. Quantity changes the plan and the price, never the quality standard.

Why Europe buys from Turkey

The commercial case is distance plus tariff. Turkey is inside the EU Customs Union, so industrial goods including garments enter duty-free with an ATR movement certificate, and trucks reach Germany, the Netherlands, France or Italy in three to seven days.

That combination changes how a season is run. Repeat orders on a style that is selling can be placed and delivered inside the same season, instead of being pushed into the next one by an eight week sea freight cycle.

What European buyers ask for first

Before price, European retail buyers ask about compliance and traceability. Partner factories work to BSCI and Sedex social audits, and fabric certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS are held by the mills that supply them.

Labelling is the second question. EU fibre composition and care labelling has its own requirements, and the labels have to be produced with the garment rather than added later, so composition is confirmed at fabric approval.

From first order to seasonal programme

Most European relationships start small: one or two styles at a few hundred pieces to test fit, fabric and delivery. The same styles then move into a planned season with fabric booked in advance and deliveries staged.

We plan for that path deliberately. Fit blocks, fabric specifications and trim suppliers are recorded from the first order, so scaling to several thousand pieces does not mean restarting development.

Markets we ship to

We produce for buyers across Western and Northern Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Sweden and the United Kingdom, as well as buyers in the United States, Canada and the Gulf.

Shipping is arranged either as road freight to a European address or ex-works if you use your own forwarder, with export documentation prepared in Turkey either way.
