Who We Are

We are a team of apparel production managers working from Istanbul, the commercial centre of the Turkish garment industry. Our job is to take a brand's designs and turn them into finished, inspected, export-ready garments, using the manufacturer in our network that is genuinely best suited to each product.

Turkey produces everything from fine-gauge knitwear to technical outerwear, but no single factory does all of it well. A knitwear specialist should not sew your padded jackets, and a denim laundry should not handle your activewear. Our model exists to solve exactly that problem: we match every project to a specialist, and we stay accountable for the result.

A single factory sells you what its machines can make. A production management company selects the right factory for what you actually designed. Our network spans knitwear, denim, outerwear and activewear specialists across Istanbul, Bursa, Denizli and Izmir, each vetted before we place a single order with them.

This structure protects buyers in a second way: capacity. Factories get busy, and an overloaded factory quietly delays small clients first. Because we work with multiple vetted manufacturers per category, we can plan production where capacity genuinely exists, instead of promising dates a single production line cannot keep.

How Vetting Protects Your Order

Every manufacturer in our network has passed a structured vetting process before receiving client work. We review social compliance audits such as BSCI or Sedex where held, inspect the facility and its machine park in person, examine sampling history and reference production, and verify real available capacity rather than claimed capacity.

Vetting does not stop at onboarding. We monitor quality results, adherence to production plans and communication on every order. Partners who slip are corrected or replaced. That ongoing discipline is what allows us to stand behind delivery dates and AQL-inspected quality with confidence.

What We Handle for You

From the first enquiry to the truck leaving the loading dock, production management is our full-time job. We review your tech pack for manufacturability, source and approve fabrics, manage proto and pre-production sampling, plan and follow bulk production, run inline and final quality control, and organise export logistics and documentation.

All of it happens in clear, prompt English. You get a single point of contact who knows your styles, your calendar and your standards, and who answers within business hours instead of leaving you to chase a factory across time zones and language barriers.

Who We Work With

Our clients are typically clothing brands, private label businesses and retailers in Europe, the UK and North America who want production quality and speed close to their market. Minimums start at 300 pieces per style, with 100 pieces per colourway on knit styles, which makes us a realistic option for growing brands as well as established ones.
