A Factory Network Built by Vetting, Not by Directory
Anyone can compile a list of Turkish factories. We build a working network the slow way: on-site visits, audit reviews, trial orders and capacity verification, so that when your order is placed, it lands somewhere we already trust with our own name.
- Regions
- Istanbul, Bursa, Denizli, Izmir
- Audits
- BSCI and Sedex reviewed
- Vetting
- Site visits and trial orders
- Capacity
- Verified before placement
Quick answer
The network is built through structured vetting rather than directory listings: document and audit review, on-site visits, trial orders and verified capacity before any client work is placed. Vetted specialist manufacturers across Istanbul, Bursa, Denizli and Izmir are mapped by real capability, so each order lands with the right producer.
Why Vetting Is the Whole Business
The difference between a good and a bad experience manufacturing in Turkey is almost never the country; it is the specific factory. Pricing, quality consistency, honesty about capacity and behaviour when problems occur vary enormously between facilities that look identical on a website.
Our value as a production management company rests on knowing that difference first-hand. Every manufacturer we place orders with has been vetted by our team before joining the network, and remains under ongoing performance review afterwards. When we commit your order to a factory, we are staking our own reputation on it.
The Vetting Process, Step by Step
Vetting starts with documentation: social compliance audits such as BSCI or Sedex, business registration, export history and references. Then we go and look. On-site visits cover the machine park, line organisation, in-house QC practices, working conditions and the management team we would actually be dealing with under pressure.
Factories that pass the review stage receive trial orders before any client work. A trial order tells us what paperwork cannot: real sampling quality, adherence to a production plan, measurement discipline and how the factory communicates when something goes wrong. Only after a successful trial does a factory take client production.
- Document review: audits, registration, export references
- On-site visit: machinery, lines, QC practice, working conditions
- Sampling history and reference production examined
- Trial orders before any client work is placed
- Ongoing scoring on quality, timing and communication
Capacity Verification: The Unglamorous Essential
The most common cause of late delivery is not slow sewing; it is a factory that accepted an order into capacity it did not have. We verify real available capacity before placement, based on current line loading and confirmed order books, not on the optimistic monthly figure printed in a company profile.
Because the network contains multiple vetted manufacturers per product category, we can schedule production where space genuinely exists. If your preferred partner is full for your window, we tell you and propose the alternative, rather than squeezing your order into a queue where it will quietly slip.
Specialisation Mapping Across Regions
Turkish garment manufacturing is regionally specialised, and we map our network along those lines. Istanbul concentrates fashion-driven cut and sew, outerwear and fast-turn production; Bursa is a centre for knits and technical fabrics; Denizli is famous for cotton, towelling and home-adjacent jersey; Izmir contributes strong knit and casualwear capacity.
Within each region we map partners by real specialisation: gauge ranges for knitwear, wash capabilities for denim, seam-sealing for outerwear, flatlock and bonding for activewear. Your project is matched on this technical map, which is why the same network can produce a fine merino sweater and a padded parka to equally high standards, in different buildings.
What Stays Constant Across the Network
Whichever factory produces your order, the management layer around it does not change. Your contact remains the same person from our Istanbul team, quality is controlled to the same AQL 2.5 based standard, updates arrive in the same format, and accountability sits with us.
That consistency is the point of the model. You get the depth of a specialist factory for every product category, wrapped in one relationship, one standard and one partner who answers for the result.
