A managed project, start to finish

Every project starts with a free technical review: we read your tech packs or sketches, flag risks, and return a quotation covering unit price, sampling cost, MOQ and timeline. No obligation is attached; a clear quote you decline is a fine outcome for both sides.

On go-ahead, development runs in parallel tracks: patterns and sampling in one to two weeks, fabric lab dips and labels ordered alongside, packaging specified early. After your pre-production approval, bulk runs four to six weeks with inline quality control, then AQL final inspection, then shipping: road freight reaching most of Europe in three to seven days, air and sea worldwide, export documentation handled.

Throughout, you receive status reports tied to real checkpoints: fabric approved, cutting started, sewing percentage, inspection outcome with photos. When something slips, and in manufacturing sometimes things slip, you hear it from us early with a recovery plan, not from a tracking number that never updates.

What this costs and what it saves

Our margin lives inside the quoted unit price; there is no separate management fee line. You see one price per garment covering the managed chain, plus stated one-off development costs for patterns and sampling. We keep quotations transparent enough to compare against any factory-direct offer.

The honest comparison includes what direct sourcing actually costs a small brand: flights and hotel nights for factory visits, translation friction, sampling rounds that drift for months, a bad fabric decision nobody caught, or a failed delivery with no local leverage to fix it.
