Quick answer
White label clothing in Turkey applies your branding to a factory's proven garment styles instead of developing patterns from scratch: you pick a base tee, hoodie or jogger block, choose fabric colour and decoration, and ApparelManufacturerTurkey.com delivers a branded sample in 1-2 weeks and bulk in 4-6 weeks from 300 pieces per style.
What white label clothing actually is
White label clothing starts from an existing, tested garment design owned by the factory: a t-shirt block that already fits well, a hoodie with proven construction, joggers with an established pattern. Your brand is applied through labels, prints, embroidery and packaging, but the underlying pattern and construction are not developed from scratch.
This is different from buying finished blanks off a shelf. White label garments are still produced to order, which means you can usually choose the fabric colour, sometimes the fabric weight, and always the branding. The garment is cut and sewn for your order with your labels in the neck, not relabelled afterwards.
The trade-off is design freedom. You are working within the factory's existing blocks, so a unique boxy fit, special panelling or an unusual pocket construction would push the project into private label territory with pattern development.
How the service works step by step
We begin by matching your product idea to base styles available in our partner network: classic and oversized tees, heavyweight sweats, hoodies, polos, joggers and similar core garments. You receive fabric and fit options with realistic pricing for each.
You then choose fabric colour and decoration. Because the pattern already exists, sampling is fast; a branded sample with your print or embroidery and your labels is usually ready in one to two weeks. After approval, bulk production runs in four to six weeks.
Quality control, packing and shipping work exactly as in our private label projects: inline checks during sewing, final inspection before cartons close, and road freight reaching most of Europe in three to seven days.
- Choose a proven base style from the partner network
- Select fabric colour and, where offered, fabric weight
- Add prints, embroidery, woven labels and hang tags
- Approve a branded sample before bulk
- Receive retail-ready goods with your packaging
Minimums, pricing and what changes the cost
The minimum order is 300 pieces per style, with knit colourways from 100 pieces. Because no pattern development is needed, the development cost is lower than private label and sampling charges are limited to the decorated sample itself.
Unit price depends mainly on the base garment weight and the decoration you add. Screen printing is priced per colour with setup per screen, so a six-colour front print on 300 pieces carries meaningfully more setup cost per unit than a one-colour print. Embroidery is priced by stitch count, so a small chest logo costs much less than a large back piece.
Custom dyed fabric colours are possible but add a lab-dip approval step and are subject to mill dye-lot minimums, so if speed matters, choosing from stock fabric colours keeps the timeline tight.
White label or private label: choosing honestly
Choose white label when your brand value sits in the artwork, the story and the marketing rather than in a novel garment shape. Most successful merch lines, event apparel and first drops from new streetwear brands are white label under the surface, and there is nothing wrong with that.
Choose private label when fit is your differentiator, when you need construction details that stock blocks cannot deliver, or when your customers will notice the difference between a generic block and your own. The extra development time and cost buy you a product nobody else can order.
Many brands run both in parallel: white label for core tees and hoodies, private label for hero pieces. We manage both under one production plan so deliveries land together.
Why source white label garments from Turkey
Turkish factories are strong in exactly the categories white label buyers need: jersey, fleece and pique knitwear produced from locally milled fabric, mostly from Bursa. That vertical chain keeps quality consistent and lead times short compared with importing fabric before sewing.
OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are the norm among our mill partners, and our sewing partners are BSCI or Sedex audited, which matters if you sell to retailers who require documented compliance.
Proximity does the rest: samples reach you in days by courier and bulk arrives in Europe by truck in three to seven days, so a full white label cycle from enquiry to stock can fit inside two months.
