Tech Pack Review and Fabric Sourcing

Every project begins with a technical review of your tech pack or reference garments. We check measurement specs, construction details, stitch types, trims and decoration callouts for completeness and manufacturability, and flag anything that will create cost, quality or timing problems before a single metre of fabric is ordered.

Fabric sourcing runs in parallel. Turkey has one of the strongest textile supply bases in the world, from Denizli cottons to Bursa synthetics, and we source against your target composition, weight, handfeel and price. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available across most categories, and we send physical swatches or lab dips for approval where colour accuracy matters.

Pattern Making and Sampling

Approved fabric direction in hand, the pattern is developed or digitised from your block or measurement spec. The first proto sample proves the design and construction; the fit sample locks the pattern on a real body or fit form; the pre-production sample confirms everything in final fabric, trims and colours.

Each round takes roughly one to two weeks. Our team reviews every sample against the tech pack before it ships to you, measuring key points of measure and checking construction, so you spend your review time on design decisions rather than catching basic errors.

Grading, Marker Making and Cutting

After sample approval, the pattern is graded across your size range using your grade rules or standards we agree together. Markers are nested digitally to maximise fabric utilisation, which directly protects your unit cost.

Bulk fabric is inspected on arrival using the 4-point system before it is spread and cut. Spreading tension, ply counts and cut accuracy are controlled at the cutting table, because a cutting error multiplies through every downstream operation.

Sewing, Printing and Embroidery

Sewing is where factory selection pays off. Your order runs on lines experienced in your specific product category, whether that is flatlock-heavy activewear, structured outerwear or fine-gauge knits, with the approved pre-production sample hanging at the line as the reference standard.

Printing and embroidery are scheduled at the correct point in the sequence for the technique: panel printing before sewing where placement demands it, or finished-garment decoration afterwards. We manage screen print, digital print, embroidery and applique through specialist decoration units, with strike-offs approved before bulk decoration runs.

Washing and Finishing

Styles that require it, from enzyme-washed tees to stone-washed denim, go through washing and finishing according to an approved wash standard. Shrinkage and shade are controlled against the approved sample, because wash is where measurements and colour most often drift.

All garments are then trimmed, pressed and finished. Loose threads, pressing quality and the final handfeel are checked at this stage, before anything moves towards packing.

Final Quality Control and Packing

Finished goods pass a final inspection based on AQL 2.5, covering visual workmanship, measurement verification against the graded spec, and correct labelling and care information. Inspection results are documented and shared with you before shipment.

Packing follows your requirements exactly: folding, polybags, size stickers, carton assortments and shipping marks. Correct packing is checked as part of final inspection, because a perfect garment in the wrong carton still becomes a warehouse problem on your side.
