Apparel Factory in Turkey
Instead of betting your season on one plant, put each style in the factory that is actually built for it. We hold the relationships, the audits and the capacity bookings.

Quick answer
Turkish apparel factories cluster by product type around Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa and Denizli, and no single plant is good at everything. We place production across a vetted network so a knit goes to a knitwear house and outerwear goes to an outerwear house, with a 100 piece minimum per style and allocated lines for orders above 10,000 pieces.
How big we are, in numbers you can hold us to
Capacity headlines are easy to publish and impossible to check. What decides whether your order lands on time is narrower: whether the capacity was reserved in writing against your dates before fabric was bought, whether the plant was built for your product, and what the goods are inspected to before they leave Turkiye. Those are the numbers we commit to on every order.
- In Turkish apparel production
- 31 years
- Minimum order
- 100 pcs per style
- Sampling
- 1-2 weeks
- Bulk production
- 4-6 weeks
- Road freight to the EU
- 3-7 days
- Final inspection
- AQL 2.5 (1.5 on request)
Above 10,000 pieces we allocate lines and reserve them against your delivery dates before materials are ordered, then report output weekly. That is what stops a larger customer pushing your programme down the queue in week three.
Why one factory is the wrong answer
Ask a single factory whether it can make your product and the answer is almost always yes, because an idle line costs it money. The result is a shirt made on a line set up for jersey, a knit made by a woven house that subcontracts it out, and a delivery date that slips twice.
We work the other way. The tech pack is read first, then the order is placed in a plant whose machinery, operator skill and quality history match the product. That is the single biggest reason orders land on time.
How factories are audited before they get your order
A partner factory has to clear four gates before we place anything with it, and it is re-checked every season rather than once at the beginning.
- Machinery and technology suited to the product group, verified on site
- An internal quality system with in-line checks, not just an end table
- Documented social compliance, typically BSCI or Sedex, held by the factory or its group
- A delivery record in the quantity band we would actually give it
Where Turkish apparel factories sit
Istanbul and its industrial belt handle most woven, jersey and outerwear work and hold the sampling and pattern skills. Izmir is strong in organic cotton and knitwear. Bursa is the historic weaving and technical fabric centre. Denizli is home cotton and terry.
Because these clusters are within a few hours of each other, a mixed programme can still be consolidated into one shipment from Istanbul rather than arriving as four separate customs entries.
Capacity, from a first drop to an allocated line
Small orders are slotted into existing schedules. Large orders get capacity reserved in writing against your dates before fabric is ordered, which is what stops a bigger customer pushing you down the queue in week three.
- 100 to 499 pieces: slotted into a running schedule
- 500 to 1,999 pieces: booked block, single factory
- 2,000 to 9,999 pieces: reserved capacity with staged quality gates
- 10,000 pieces and above: allocated lines, split across plants where it shortens the calendar
Single factory versus a vetted network
| Product fit | Network: machinery matched per style |
|---|---|
| Peak season risk | Network: capacity moved rather than lost |
| Quality ownership | Network: inspected by us, not self-reported |
| Mixed programmes | Network: consolidated into one shipment |
| Price | Quoted per style against the right plant, not one house rate |
