Performance fabrics and moisture management

Training tops typically use 130-160 GSM polyester interlock or micro-mesh with wicking finishes; jerseys use engineered mesh zones for ventilation; shorts run on 100-140 GSM woven microfibre or knitted jacquards. Tracksuits combine 240-300 GSM poly or cotton-touch tricot with mesh linings, and winter training layers use brushed-back thermal knits.

Where a program needs cotton hand with performance behaviour, we source poly-cotton and modal blends with moisture-wicking finishes. Recycled polyester qualities with GRS documentation and OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available across the range.

Sublimation and decoration

Sublimation is the core decoration technology for sportswear: all-over prints, gradients, sponsor blocks and numbering are printed into the polyester fibre, so graphics survive unlimited washing without cracking. Panels are printed before cutting, which allows engineered placement across seams.

Beyond sublimation we run screen printing for cotton-blend leisure lines, high-density and silicone transfers for logos, embroidery for crests, and reflective prints for outdoor training wear. Decoration is proofed at sample stage and colour-managed against your brand references in bulk.

Construction built for movement

Athletic garments are sewn with flatlock or overlock-plus-coverstitch seams that lie flat against skin, raglan or set-in sleeves depending on the movement profile, and bartacked stress points on shorts pockets and drawcord exits. Necklines use self-fabric or elastane-blend binding that recovers after stretching.

Fit blocks matter in this category: we maintain athletic, regular and relaxed blocks per garment type and grade them to your market's size expectations, confirming fit on a sample before bulk. Inner briefs, key pockets, zip garages and drawcord specs are documented per style.

MOQ, timelines and program management

MOQ is 300 pieces per style, with 100 per colourway achievable inside knit programs, which suits multi-colour training ranges. Samples land in 1-2 weeks, bulk in 4-6 weeks after approval, and road freight reaches EU clubs and warehouses in 3-7 days.

For seasonal team kit cycles we run a repeating calendar: designs locked, sampling, squad-size collection, bulk and delivery before season start, with mid-season top-ups possible thanks to short freight times.
