What a supplier does that a factory does not
A factory sews. A supplier is responsible for the whole chain that has to work before and after the sewing line: fabric development, trim sourcing, sampling, capacity booking, in-line quality, final inspection, export documents and freight.
That distinction matters when an order goes wrong. If a knit shrinks after washing, a factory tells you the fabric was out of spec. A supplier replaces it, re-runs the affected pieces and still hits the delivery window. You have one contract, one contact and one party that owns the outcome.

We quote against four bands, so you can see exactly where the price and the plan change. The entry point is the same for a first order and a repeat: 100 pieces per style, per colour.
- 100 to 499 pieces: launch runs and test drops, stock or short lead time fabric
- 500 to 1,999 pieces: repeat seasonal orders, multiple colourways in one booking
- 2,000 to 9,999 pieces: dedicated fabric runs, planned quality gates, staged delivery
- 10,000 pieces and above: allocated lines, split across factories, weekly reporting
How we vet the factories we supply from
We are a production management company, not a single factory, and we say so on purpose. A single factory pushes every product into the machines it already owns. A vetted network lets us put a heavy outerwear order in an outerwear house and a fine gauge knit in a knitwear house.
Every partner is audited on the same four points before it gets an order from us: machinery suited to the product, a working internal quality system, documented social compliance held by the factory or its group, and a track record of delivering the quantity band we would give it.
Supplying European buyers from Istanbul
Turkey sits inside the EU Customs Union, so finished garments of Turkish origin move into the EU duty free with an ATR certificate. Road freight reaches Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Poland in 3 to 7 days, which is why European buyers use Turkey for repeats and in-season top-ups that Asia cannot serve fast enough.
For UK buyers the UK-Turkey trade agreement applies with an EUR.1 certificate, and transit is typically 5 to 8 days by road or 3 to 4 days by air for urgent drops.
