Because we manage production through a vetted network of Turkish manufacturers, each style is placed with the specialist best suited to it, jersey with a knit unit, tailored pieces with a woven line, without you managing five supplier relationships. Fabric development close to the source

Turkey is one of the world's major textile producers, and being in Istanbul puts us close to the mills. That means fabric development is a working process, not a mail-order catalogue: we source options against your handfeel, weight and drape targets, arrange lab dips for colour, and courier swatches and strike-offs for approval.

If your collection needs a specific fabrication, a washed heavyweight jersey, a crisp poplin, a viscose with the right fall, we develop toward it with the mills rather than asking you to compromise on nearest-available. OEKO-TEX certified options are available, and GOTS organic fabrics can be produced through certified partners.

Fit consistency across styles and seasons

Nothing erodes a fashion brand faster than inconsistent fit. A customer who is a medium in your shirts must be a medium in your trousers, this season and next. We maintain your block patterns and grading rules as living documents, so every new style starts from your established fit rather than from scratch.

Pre-production samples are measured against spec, and approved samples are sealed as the production standard. During bulk, inline checks and AQL final inspection verify measurements, construction and finishing, so what ships matches what you approved.

Range planning that respects your margins

MOQs from 300 pieces per style, and colourways from 100 pieces on knit programs, let you structure a range with hero styles at depth and fashion-risk styles at test quantities. You are not forced to buy 1,000 units of an experimental silhouette to get it made.

We quote at style level with itemised costs, so you can make range decisions with real numbers, drop a style, add a colourway, shift depth, before fabric is committed. When a style sells through, repeat production runs from the sealed sample without redevelopment.

A season with us, in practice

You share the range plan and tech packs, or development ideas if the collection is still forming. We confirm fabric routes, quote per style, and run sampling in parallel across the range, 1-2 weeks per round. On approval, bulk production runs 4-6 weeks with progress updates you do not have to chase.

Goods are quality-checked, packed to your specification and shipped, by road across Europe in 3-7 days or by air and sea worldwide, with export paperwork handled. Then we start talking about next season, which is how it should feel.
