Tanks cover a wide brief: classic crew-neck vests, ribbed fitted tanks, athletic singlets with deep armholes, gym stringers, muscle tanks with dropped armholes and flowy womenswear camis. Each has a different pattern logic and finishing standard, so our Istanbul team routes your style to the network partner that produces that category week in, week out.

Binding quality is where tank tops are won or lost: armholes and necklines dominate the garment visually. Our programs specify binding width, stretch ratio and join placement at the sampling stage and hold bulk to the sealed sample.

Jersey, rib and performance fabric platforms

Everyday tanks run on 100% combed cotton single jersey at 160-200 GSM, cut light for drape in summer styles or up to 240 GSM for boxier streetwear tanks. Fitted essentials use 2x2 cotton-elastane rib at 220-280 GSM, the classic ribbed tank fabric with natural cling and recovery.

For training singlets we source polyester and polyamide performance knits with moisture-wicking finishes, plus lightweight mesh back panels for ventilation. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available across the range, and organic cotton jersey and rib come through GOTS-certified partner mills.

Bindings, straps and edge finishing

Neckline and armhole finishing options include self-fabric binding, contrast binding, matching rib trim and clean-turned coverstitched edges. Strap width runs from spaghetti straps on camis to wide athletic shoulders on muscle tanks, and racerback constructions are built with reinforced cross-panel joins.

Hems finish with twin-needle coverstitch, side slits for longline styles, or curved drop hems on gym tanks. Because tanks are worn close to skin, we offer printed inner-neck branding instead of sewn labels and soft tearaway label options.

Printing and decoration for summer and gym lines

Screen printing covers large front and back graphics on cotton tanks, with water-based inks keeping lightweight jersey soft. DTF suits multi-design gym drops at lower quantities and prints reliably on performance polyester where DTG cannot. Small chest embroidery works well on rib and heavier jersey styles.

Full private label finishing is included: woven or printed labels, compliant care labels, hangtags and polybags, packed to your size-ratio and carton requirements for warehouse or 3PL delivery.

How to order and when goods arrive

MOQ is 300 pieces per style, with 100 pieces per colourway available inside knit programs, useful for summer capsules of one block in several colours. Sampling takes 1-2 weeks; bulk production 4-6 weeks after approval.
