Many workshops operate on a CMT basis, cutting and sewing fabric supplied to them, while others handle fabric purchasing themselves for full-package orders.

Specialisation runs deep. One atelier may do nothing but t-shirts, another only dresses, another only finishing and packing. This is efficient for the ecosystem but means a single workshop rarely covers a whole varied collection, and multi-category orders need coordination across several units.
