Fabrics from denim to satin to rib knits

Denim skirts run on 10-14 oz denim, rigid or comfort stretch, with the full laundry menu of rinse, stone, enzyme, acid and bleach washes plus raw hems and destruction. Tailored and pleated styles use polyester and poly-viscose suiting, heat-set pleating polyesters, cotton twill and corduroy.

Fluid styles use satin, crepe and viscose or Tencel-blend fabrics cut on the straight or bias, while knit skirts run on cotton-elastane single jersey and 2x2 ribs from the same platform as our tops programs. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available across categories.

Linings, closures and shape-holding construction

Skirts succeed on internal engineering: acetate or polyester linings on tailored and pleated styles, built-in shorts on tennis skirts, YKK invisible zips at side or back seams, hook-and-bar waist closures, and elasticated or fold-over waistbands on knit styles.

Pleats are heat-set on suitable polyester fabrics so they survive washing; wrap styles carry internal buttons and ties; denim skirts use five-pocket construction with rivets and bartacks. Slits are reinforced at the top point, the detail that most often fails on cheaper production.

Lengths, sizing and finishing touches

We develop micro, mini, midi and maxi lengths, with A-line, straight, pencil, skater, pleated, wrap and asymmetric silhouettes. Grading follows EU, UK or US conventions, and hem sweep is controlled through the size run so the silhouette scales correctly.

Branding options include woven waistband labels, back-pocket embroidery on denim, printed inner branding on knits and hangtags to your artwork. Garments are pressed, inspected against the sealed sample and packed flat or on hangers as your retail channel requires.

MOQ, sampling and delivery schedule

MOQ is 300 pieces per style, with knit skirt styles eligible for colourways from 100 pieces inside a knit program. Sampling takes 1-2 weeks, or slightly longer where pleating or wash development is involved; bulk production runs 4-6 weeks after approval.
