From chinos to tailored trousers within one network

Trousers divide into distinct production disciplines: casual chinos and cargos sewn on denim-style lines, and tailored trousers requiring pressing, waistband curtain construction and finer seam standards. Our vetted network includes partners in both camps, and our Istanbul team routes each program accordingly, so a smart tailored trouser is never sewn on a workwear line.

Every project runs the same managed path: fabric selection, pattern and fit sampling in 1-2 weeks, trim approval, then bulk with in-line measurement checks and a final AQL inspection covering seat, rise and inseam accuracy along with waistband and closure quality.

Fabric options for casual and smart programs

Chino programs run on 100% cotton twill at 220-280 GSM, or cotton-elastane stretch twill with around 2-3% elastane for comfort. Heavier 280-320 GSM twills and canvas suit workwear-inspired and cargo styles, while garment-dyed twill gives the softened, sun-faded chino character many casual brands want.

Tailored programs use polyester-viscose-elastane suiting, wool-blend fabrics for premium lines, and flowing viscose or Tencel-blend qualities for wide-leg fashion trousers. Corduroy in 8-21 wale and linen blends cover seasonal capsules. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available across the range.

Waistbands, pockets and construction levels

Casual trousers use clean-finished waistbands with belt loops, YKK zip flies and hook-and-bar or button closures; drawstring and elasticated-back waistbands serve relaxed fits. Tailored construction steps up to curtained waistbands, extended closure tabs, slant pockets with stay tape and pressed front creases where the design calls for them.

Pocketing runs from standard slant and welt back pockets with bartack reinforcement to full cargo bellows pockets with flaps and concealed snaps. Inside, pocket bags can be printed with your brand pattern, an inexpensive detail that reads premium at retail.

Fits, finishing and branding

We develop slim, straight, tapered, relaxed, wide-leg and pleated blocks, graded to EU, UK or waist-inseam conventions to match your market. Garment washing and softening are available for casual programs, and partner laundries can garment-dye chinos for rich pigment shades.

Branding is carried through woven waistband labels, back-pocket embroidery, jacron patches on casual styles, engraved buttons and hangtags. Packing options include flat-pack polybags or hanger-ready presentation for wholesale programs.

MOQ, timeline and export

MOQ is 300 pieces per style. Sampling takes 1-2 weeks including a fit sample in your base size; bulk production runs 4-6 weeks after approval, with garment-dyed or heavily washed programs at the upper end. Salesman sample sets can be produced for wholesale campaigns before you commit to bulk.
