Sleepwear fabrics by season and price point
Year-round jersey sets run on 160-200 GSM combed cotton or cotton/modal single jersey, soft after repeated washing and easy to print. Winter programs use brushed cotton flannel around 160-180 GSM in woven checks and prints, or cosy interlock and waffle knits. Summer and gifting lines lean on polyester satin and washable viscose-satin blends with a charmeuse hand, and premium ranges can move to modal-rich jerseys or garment-washed linen blends.
Turkey's knitting and weaving base covers all of these domestically, keeping fabric lead times short and small colourway buys realistic. OEKO-TEX certified qualities are available across the sleep range, and GOTS organic cotton runs through certified partners.
The product range
We produce classic button-through pyjama sets with piped revere collars, jersey tee-and-pant sets, shorts sets, nightdresses and nightshirts, robes in waffle, terry and satin, and loungewear that crosses into daywear: relaxed pants, henleys and oversized tees. Woven pyjama construction is proper shirtmaking in softer cloth: pattern-matched plackets, piping in contrast satin, functional chest pockets, elasticated waists with flat drawcords and side seams that sit straight after washing. Knit sets are sewn with soft overlock and coverstitch finishes and tagless printed labels for sleep comfort.

Prints, embroidery and personalisation
Sleepwear sells on surface: all-over rotary and digital prints on jersey and flannel, placement screen prints, and satin pieces in solid jewel tones with contrast piping. Monogram-style chest embroidery and embroidered robe backs are produced in-house or with our embroidery partners, including program setups where retailers offer personalisation.
Print bases and dyes are selected for wash durability, and shrinkage from washing is engineered into patterns so sets still match after the tenth cycle.
Gifting, packing and seasonal planning
A large share of sleepwear sells in the gifting window, and the production calendar has to respect that. For fourth-quarter retail we recommend sampling by late spring and bulk over summer: 1-2 weeks sampling, 4-6 weeks production and 3-7 day EU road freight leaves margin for the peak.
Factory-executed gift boxing, ribbon ties, printed tissue and set-folding to your planogram photos mean goods arrive shelf-ready. MOQ is 300 pieces per style with 100 per colourway in knit programs, and multipiece sets are counted as one style for minimums.
